The head of the Intelligence services of the Ministry of Ukraine, Kirilo Budanov, has explained that the North Korean leader Kim Yong Un does not send his men to war in exchange for nothing, but rather it is a “favor” in exchange for another. , as he told in an interview for ‘The Economist’.

“There are reasons for concern,” said Budanov, since these soldiers – some 12,000 planned, according to South Korean Intelligence – solve some mobilization problems, with the Russian troops “demotivated and resigned.”
