Agreement is framed in the context of the execution of the financed project
by the Internal Fund for Applied Research Projects in R&D&i
(DINNOVA) of the Directorate of Innovation of the Vice President for Research
and Postgraduate.
Implement a strategic alliance to develop projects of
joint research, technology transfer, professional practices
intermediate and final, teacher and student internships, technical visits,
joint production agreements and other types of activities that the parties
agree and that are mutually beneficial.
That is the objective of the agreement signed online by the Bicentennial Lyceum
Insular de Achao, Quinchao commune in the Los Lagos Region, and the
Catholic University of the Santísima Concepción, in the context of the
execution of the project “Cultivation of sea urchins: testing of artificial food for
determine its acceptance for fattening sea urchin populations in
intensive aquaculture”, financed by the Internal Fund for Projects of
Applied Research in R&D&I (DINNOVA) 03-2020/I UCSC, from the Directorate
of Innovation of the Vice-rectory of Research and Postgraduate of our
House of Studies.
The collaboration seeks to deepen the professional training of
students of the different modalities of the educational establishment
of Achao according to the labor and technological demands of the world
productive, replicating situations of realism in the didactic work.
Besides, both Institutions point to the promotion of activities that
strengthen the innovative and entrepreneurial profile in students, teachers and
related communities.

The Rector of the Catholic University of the Most Holy Conception, Dr. Cristhian
Mellado, pointed out that it is very significant to establish strategic alliances with
