Two missiles have struck a restaurant and a shopping center in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kramatorsk, killing two people and injuring 22, including children, Interior Minister Igor Klymenko has confirmed on Telegram.
Russian forces stuck a popular shopping center beside Hotel Kramatorsk in the city’s center. It housed RIA Pizza, where every correspondent covering the war has probably dined, and businesses including Adidas, Reebok and more. Local authorities say casualties but number unclear. pic.twitter.com/JFT9ymiFwW

Kramatorsk is the largest city in the Donetsk province not occupied by the Russians and is the ‘de facto’ capital of the region. As such, it is the base of operations for many humanitarian aid agencies and correspondents on the front lines. The restaurant was very popular with foreigners visiting the city.
