Twitter has announced that content creators subscribed to Twitter Blue will begin receiving the payments from your monetization program, through which they receive part of the income generated by ads in your posts of the social network, in the next 72 hours.

Similarly, some content creators have also shared platform notification, in which they are informed about these remunerations. In this notice, the platform indicates that the creators will receive the corresponding part of advertising benefits through your Stripe accountwith which they initially registered to enroll in the program.

For now, this program only available to a small group of creators of content. However, Twitter has detailed that will launch the program “more broadly” later this monthas well as that “all eligible creators will be able to apply.”

In this framework, it must be taken into account that to be an “eligible” content creator to be part of this platform program, it must be Subscribed to Twitter Blue or be a verified organization.

They must also have at least 5 million impressions in the posts shared in the last three months and, finally, the account has to be Approved for “Human Review” of the Monetization Standards for Creators.

For now, the method for calculating the corresponding share of profits has not been specified given to these content creators from advertising revenue.
