The community is waiting for Cobalt-B, the next Simulacrum coming to Tower of Fantasy, the massively multiplayer online game developed by Hotta Studios. The character is available in the Chinese version of the title, so we will tell you all the details about him so that you are prepared for his arrival in the global version.

Although Cobalt-B (of SSR rank) appears at the beginning of Tower of Fantasy within the main story quest line, currently unavailable in western regions. She wields the Blazing Revolver as well as the flame element and is best suited as a DPS.

Cobalt-B’s fully charged weapon sets the enemy on fire for a total of eight seconds with the next attack, causing DOT every second. On a star, 2% of the enemy’s maximum HP will be converted into bonus damage, creating a 200% increase to your attack.

1★ – When using the weapon skill, add 2% of the enemy’s max HP as bonus damage, up to 200% ATK.

2 ★ – Increases the base ATK growth of the current weapon by 16%.

3★ – Using the skill or dodge attack on burning targets will also apply Ionic Burn , dealing 90% ATK as flame damage every second for 10 seconds.

4 ★ – Increases the base ATK growth of the current weapon by 32%.

5★ – Ionic Burn damage increased to 140% and dodge attacks from any weapon will refresh the duration of the burn.

6 ★ – The Flurry skill has a burning effect that lasts 15 seconds. Hitting a target with any weapon’s dodge attack reduces the cooldown of Flurry by 4 seconds, up to once every 1.5 seconds. Damage over time effects caused by a dodge attack can also trigger the effect.

Recommended matrices for Cobalt-B are Ruby (x4), Cobalt-B (x2), Samir (x2), Crow (x2), and Sobek (x3). Arrays are weapon attachments that provide stat boosts and special effects. There are four slots on each weapon; Emotion, Mind, Belief and Memory. Each of these offers slightly different passive stats.
