• First, click on the gift box icon in the upper right corner of the main screen.
• Press “Rewards” in the bottom menu.
• From “Rewards”, press “Exchange” on the left side of the screen.
• Enter the gift redemption code in the box on the right side of the screen and then press Confirm.
• If the code was entered correctly, the game will say “Redemption Successful!”
• After a few moments, Tower of Fantasy players should see a mail icon below the minimap in the top left corner.
• Click on the mail icon and then press the “Claim” button to get the coupon code rewards.
• If there is more than one reward as part of the code, players will receive each item in a separate email, so don’t miss out on any.
