Tips to keep the brain healthy
1. Avoid checking the cell phone as soon as you wake up, because it is a sometimes unconscious habit that can be related to stress.
McDonald’s claims: “Every time you wake up in the morning your brain waves go from zeta to alpha, which means our subconscious is in a more programmable state, the content you consume during this time will have a bigger impact on your thinking and mess with our dopamine for the rest of the day.”
2. Avoid talking negatively to yourself because it can produce stress, anxiety and your confidence would of course drop to very unhealthy levels.

In this sense, the neuroscientist explains that “What you tell yourself matters, and the more you put it into your brain, the more it connects, and what is connected is what we manifest.”
3. Avoid consuming ultra-processed food products because, according to McDonald “increase the risk of premature death, dementia and heart disease”.
But more specifically what they cause in the brain is “accelerated aging”he assured.
