Three Tecnocasa commercials convicted for cheating 28,000 euros to four people looking for a flat in Madrid

Three employees of a technocasa real estate franchise have accepted sentences of ten months in prison for cheating a total of 28,000 euros to four clients who went to a franchise in the Madrid district of Hortaleza to buy a house. The judges declare proven that the three cheated the buyers making them pay more money than the house was worth, sometimes in cash, and then remained.

The Judges of the Court of Madrid accept that none have to enter prison to comply with a sentence if they do not commit crimes again for the next two years. They also have to compensate with an amount similar to the real estate franchise for which they worked, who exercised the accusation against them.
