( Spanish) — At least three inmates died and another was injured during clashes on Tuesday inside the La Roca prison in the city of Guayaquil, the National Comprehensive Care Service for Persons Deprived of Liberty of Ecuador (SNAI) reported in a statement.
According to the bulletinsecurity protocols were activated when there were clashes between organized crime groups inside the prison called R7 and Los Lobos.
