Instagram notes that this feature is particularly convenient for businesses, but you can also use it if you start creating content or want to publish your personal projects separately or not combine your professional contacts with your personal ones.
To add accounts follow these steps:
Enter the application and log in
At the bottom right of the home page, the button appears that takes you to your profile. Leave it pressed for a few seconds and a menu will appear. Select the “Add Instagram account” option.
Two options will appear: Sign in to an existing account or create an account.
If your side project already has a profile, select the first option, but if not, you should go for the second.
In both cases, you must enter details of the account with which you want to log in, add a password and log in to link them.
To switch between accounts you must follow the same process, only instead of adding an account, select the profile you want to access.
If you’ve added more than one Instagram account, you can receive push notifications from any of them, as long as you have them enabled. This depends on when you last connected and the number of devices that are connected to an account.
To quickly see the number of notifications for each account added to the Instagram app, go to your profile and tap the account name at the top of the screen.
