If you are one of the users who is looking for a new release, we have good news for you, as it has just been announced JOINTa rhythm action game that promises to be ready for consoles and PC next year.
The people behind this title are the members of Selecta Play and Gatera Studio, who promise an experience full of rhythm, action and a graphic style that includes 2.5D visuals.
“The exciting combination of action, puzzles and platforming with urban music creates a really exciting gaming experience, so for us, JOINT was a title we really wanted to help bring to market. Working with the talented team at Gatera Studio has been a great experience and we can’t wait to share more news about the release of JOINT in the coming weeks,” said Selecta Play director Javi Puertas.
According to the information shared, the game takes you to the time when only 1% of the population survived a collapse and was forced to take refuge underground. At the bottom of what was known as Barcelona, there is a JOINTa dirty, dark hole divided into geographical strata in which the inhabitants at the bottom do forced labor and those at the highest levels rule the new underground world.
Because of this, the government of JOINT It has become a totalitarian system, freedom of speech has been censored, art and music are banned and a rebellion seems to be taking shape within the lair in which they live.
Your mission will be to travel through the most remote places of the underground metropolis and join the protagonist, Nittch, as you embark on a mission to deliver a package to a mysterious and unknown recipient, while your group plans to overthrow the abusive rulers.
It is worth mentioning that the title will allow you to explore each scenario to the rhythm of hip-hop, R&B and electronic music to move around the city overcoming the obstacles you find in your path. You can see the trailer for the game here link.
JOINT Coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, via Steam and the Epic Games Store, on a yet-to-be-confirmed date in 2025.
