This 1.2 million dollar super-luxury caravan has its own garage: this is the Volkner Performance

Spending a vacation in a motorhome sounds great, but moving around a city with this type of vehicle can be a major impediment. The German manufacturer Volkner has a rather curious proposal, that you take a smaller car with you.

The Mobile Performance It is a motorhome 12 meters long and 3.85 meters high that has a garage specially designed to transport a car. “You can take your Porsche 911, BMW i8, Mercedes C-Class Cabriolet, Ferrari, Mini Cooper,” says the manufacturer.

The motorhome that carries your car

Volkner explains that the garage also has enough space to carry two electric bikes, a table with chairs and other elements. In addition, he points out, that it can be used on “a rainy day” as an additional platform to place a table with chairs.

Another of the interesting features that this vehicle has is the ability to increase the interior space with the push of a button. This can increase from 30 to 35 square meters when the motorhome is not moving and thus accommodate up to six people on the sofas located in the living room.

The kitchen has an oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and coffee maker included. However, for those who need more, for additional payments some improvements can be added such as a wine cellar and a work station that includes space for one pca printer and offers Internet access with wireless connectivity.

In addition to the living room, this caravan has a full bathroom and a room. But the comforts do not end there. Heating systems (diesel and electric) and air conditioning are responsible for maintaining the proper temperature of the vehicle. Everything is controlled by an “intuitive” system called Brain Pilot.

As for the heart of the vehicle, everything is designed on a Volvo chassis. can move a maximum weight of 18 tons thanks to a 460 horsepower engine. The price, perhaps, is what does not go unnoticed. The basic version costs 1.2 million dollars, but if all the extras are added the price goes up to 2.5 million dollars.
