The building, which belongs to the Royal Group, is located in the north of the Greek capital and would have suffered an attack, according to initial information, which indicates that a sound technician had to be rescued by firefighters and taken to a hospital. of the area.

However, the Fire Department has indicated in a Twitter message that the fire is under control and has confirmed that the fire was started by the use of a device created with camping gas. The artifact has been found on an exterior staircase of the building, between the ground floor and the first floor, according to information from the aforementioned newspaper.


“They are burning us. They are trying to turn us off,” warned the founder of the Royal Group, the journalist Nikos Chatzinikolaou.

The Economy Minister, Adonis Georgiadis, has assured that he will not allow the station or the newspaper to be closed, although it is not the first time that the media and government offices have suffered this type of attack in Greece.
