Last week Electronic Arts let us take a look at the ambitious new The Sims 5whose code name is Rene Project. Although the game is in a very early development process, those responsible made it clear that they intended to let the fans play and it seems that it will happen sooner than you thought.
Neither Maxis nor Electronic Arts have shared more information about The Sims 5 or the Rene Project since last week. However, the well-known and successful informant and leaker Tom Henderson has just published a report in which he reveals that the tests of the Rene Project will begin next week, precisely on October 25.

What would the Pre-Alpha test include? Rene Project?
According to Henderson, sources confirmed that the Pre-Alpha version will start to be available next week to the public and it will be then that some users will be able to test it.
Henderson via InsiderGaming shared an email that Electronic Arts will send to subscribers to the testing program, in which he mentions that he wants players to try the trailer to receive their feedback in order to make the best possible experience.

The focus of this test will be the Workshop item customization system, which will allow the user to modify an item to their liking. According to the details, it will be possible to share the creations and download the models that other players create.
That’s not all, the players who participate in this test will be able to share the experience with other users, since the multiplayer component will be enabled. Those who receive access to this trial will be able to invite up to 3 more friends to join.
