The Colombian Foreign Ministry assured that the Venezuelan opposition leader Juan

Guaidó reported on Monday his arrival in Colombia, where he hopes to meet with the international delegations that will participate in the conference convened by Colombian President Gustavo Petro to unblock negotiations between the government of Nicolás Maduro and anti-Chavismo.
