These are the prices that gasoline and ACPM will have in Colombia in April

The Energy and Gas Regulation Commission (Creg) made it known the new gasoline prices and the ACPM that will govern as of April 13.

According to the report from the Ministry of Finance, the National Government increased fuel prices, stating that The value could fluctuate according to different technical factors and the value in the international market.

This adjustment was defined considering the value of the income to the producer or importer of Regular Motor Gasoline, that of ACPM and that of biofuels intended for mixing with fossil fuels, set by the Ministries of Finance and Public Credit and of Mines and Energy.”, reported the Energy and Gas Regulatory Commission.

According to the entity, regular gasoline remained at an average of 15,862 pesos, That is, it showed an adjustment of 26 pesos per gallon, compared to the current price.

Regarding the price of ACPM, this will have an average value of 9,614 pesos, which shows an adjustment of 97 pesos per gallon, according to the current cost.

Thus, according to the Creg, The change in the price of regular gasoline was due to the increase in the value of ethanol (bio component of gasoline) by 262 pesos.

On the other hand, regarding the ACPM, the increase in the value of biodiesel was taken into account, which was 969 pesos.
