The United States joins in the condolences and claims to be prepared to provide Thailand with “all the help it needs”

The Secretary General of the United Nations, António Guterres, has transferred his condemnation for the attack on a nursery in the town of Na Klang, in Thailand, in which 35 people have lost their lives, including 24 children.
“The Secretary-General is shocked and saddened by the horrific mass shooting at a kindergarten in northeast Thailand,” Guterres’ spokesman, Stéphane Dujarric, said in a statement.
The Thai National Police confirmed this Thursday the death of 35 people, including 24 children, after a former agent opened fire on a nursery located in the town of Na Klang, in the province of Nong Bua Lamphu.
After learning of the incident, from the United States, the White House National Security Adviser, Jake Sullivan, has also shown his condolences for what happened. “The images are heartbreaking,” he noted.
“Our sincere condolences to the families who have lost their loved ones. We condemn this act of violence and are prepared to support our traditional ally Thailand in whatever it needs,” Sullivan said in a brief statement.
This is the worst mass shooting experienced in Thailand since in February 2020, a soldier opened fire inside a shopping center in the city of Nakhon Ratchasima (center) and killed 29 people and wounded 58 others before the Police could bring him down
