The “Le Llamamos” program advises taxpayers by telephone when completing the Income Statement for fiscal year 2022 by appointment until June 29.
The Tax Agency offers a Free help service to prepare the Income statement for the fiscal year 2022 through the “We call you” plan. If you need advice, a Treasury manager will call you at the telephone number you provide and will make the statement using the information you provide.
To enjoy this service it is necessary make an appointmentwhich can be requested from May 3 until June 29 in the AEAT website. In addition, it is important that you have all the necessary documentation ready to make the Income statement.
The reference number of the holder, the DNI number, the IBAN number of the bank account, the cadastral references of the properties and the documentation they ask for if you have had income, any rented property, or if you have obtained any equity gain, as well as the supporting documents if you are entitled to apply any deduction or tax benefit.
It is relevant to note that The Treasury will help you complete the personal income tax return, but there is data that it does not have and that it will not include if you do not communicate it to them. For example, the deductions to which you may be entitled, such as those for the rent of your habitual residence or of your Autonomous Community.
Not all taxpayers can use the program
It is worth mentioning that not all taxpayers can use the helpdesk to make the declaration. For example, you will not be able to make use of the “We Call You Plan” if you have work income of more than 65,000 euros.
Neither if you have movable capital income of more than 15,000 eurosincome from professional or business activities in direct estimation, you have made more than two asset transfers through the sale of shares and/or real estate, among other situations.
