The Treasury authorizes a Navy company to manage the port of Cabo San Lucas

For the creation of this company, an initial amount of 500,000 pesos was established, with shares for 100 pesos each, of these 500,000 pesos; 499,900 pesos were contributed by the Secretary of the Navy, and 100 pesos by the National Bank of Public Works and Services, National Credit Society, Development Banking Institution, as a minority shareholder.

The document details all the expenses (disbursements) that are generated due to the entry into force of the resolution, they will be charged to the authorized budget for the Secretary of the Navy, with compensated movements, so its regularizable budget will not increase and no additional resources will be authorized for the fiscal year in question or subsequent ones.

During this year, the creation of this type of company in charge of the Navy has also been authorized to manage the port of Acapulco and the Marías Islands.
