The step by step to register in the new Mi Bancolombia app

Bancolombia is currently one of the best-known banking entities in all of Colombia. And recently, has made available to its clients the My Bancolombia application, tool that allows you to make transfers and other types of payments. What is the procedure to register?

The first thing to keep in mind is that You must be a customer of this company and also have active products and also a key for transactions such as your Credit Card, Savings Account, Current Account or Trust Account as indicated by the entity through its official website.

If you have the new application you must follow these steps

1- Open the new app My Bancolombia and then click on the section Login.

2- Press on Create User.

3- Write your identity document. If it is incorrect, the platform will show you a warning.

4- Then it will be time to enter your Primary Key.

5- Generate your user to be able to carry out the respective operations. The bank recommends that you do not use special characters.

6- When the entire process has been completed properly, you must tap on the option Terms and Conditions. Read them and press Understood.

7- Remember that the application will tell you that the procedure was successful.

How do I register if I had the ‘Bancolombia Personas’ app?

If you have the above application, the procedure will be as follows

1- Open Bancolombia People.

2- On the top side, press Login.

3- where it says userenter your ID card, and then tap Continue.

4- Enter your Primary Password.

5- When creating the user, remember that it must be between 8 and 20 characters along with 2 numbers. Do not write the letter ñ, nor symbols, white spaces and accents. Then press Next.

6- Write down your email, read the conditions and click on Got it.

7- If you agree, check the box labeled as I accept terms and conditions and then tap Register.

8- Finally, check that a message appears indicating that the procedure was carried out correctly.
