First of all, you need a pendrive with a maximum of 32 GB. You must format it in FAT32 and there must be at least one MBR partition. With the classic Windows formatting it is fine, but if you don’t know how to do it, another option is to download the pendrive image from the manufacturer’s websitedepending on the size you have, and mount it on your pendrive with an application like Balena Etcher.
Once the pendrive is ready, you need games. The Spectrum accepts games in Z80, TAP, PZX, TZX, SNA and SZX formats.
