Among the most notable measures is the Tax Regularization Program, aimed at small taxpayers with annual income of up to 35,000,000 pesos. This program will allow them to settle their debts with a total forgiveness of surcharges, fines and execution costs.
To simplify compliance with tax obligations, the SAT optimized the most used procedures, such as registration in the Federal Taxpayer Registry, and renewed the SAT Móvil and Invoice SAT Móvil applications. Likewise, facilities have been implemented for the Simplified Trust Regime (RESICO) and the pre-filling of tax returns.
The 2025 Master Plan relies on the use of advanced technology to monitor tax compliance and prevent corruption. Its actions include the review of economic sectors with a high risk of evasion, especially large taxpayers, and a reinforced focus on the fight against smuggling and foreign trade control.
In addition, the SAT indicated that it will continue to promote strategic litigation actions in federal courts and strengthen the fight against tax fraud and the use of false invoices.
With these strategies, the SAT, he adds, reaffirms its commitment to consolidating tax collection, leaving behind privileged practices of the past and putting technology at the service of citizens. The objective is to strengthen public finances for the benefit of Mexico.
