The Samsung Exynos 2400 will have an AMD RDNA2 GPU with 12 cores according to rumors

12 cores or “computing units” (CUs) will be the ones that the GPU of the next Samsung Exynos 2400 has. AMD’s collaboration with Samsung has been strengthened after its latest announcement, so this rumor that ensures that the 10 cores is not surprising of the Exynos 2400 are accompanied by a AMD Radeon RDNA2 GPU with 12 CUs.

This number multiplies by 4 those of the Exynos 2200 GPU that we could see in the Samsung Galaxy S22 and would allow the Korean company to re-integrate its own SoCs in the highest range, since with the Samsung Galaxy S23 they made the leap to Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 in all its versions.

Among the 10 CPU cores, the main one is expected to be a 3.10GHz Cortex-X4followed by two Cortex-A720 at 2.9 GHz, another three Cortex-A720 at 2.60Ghz and four Cortex-A520 at 1.80 GHz. It will be manufactured at 4 nanometers by Samsung itself to achieve greater energy efficiency and reduce the high temperatures that could be expected from a 10-core processor of these features.

Possibly we will see it in one or two generations of the most powerful Galaxy S of the Korean company.
