“We file a positive presentation for the first debate on the Labor Reform in Commission VII of the House of Representatives. We assume 3 commitments: social dialogue will continue to be our north; decent work guarantees are not negotiable and the legal security of businessmen/women is a priority “said the representative María Fernanda Carrascal.
The paper presented this Wednesday for the first debate brings some changes with respect to the original proposal of the Government.
“Of 79 articles that had been presented in the first draft, today we have 82 articles”highlighted Carrascal in the presentation.
It should be noted that the text was not fully agreed upon. In fact, the lack of agreements was what delayed its filing, which was initially scheduled for this Tuesday.
