The investigative body found an alleged patrimonial detriment, close to 12 million dollars, caused by one of the three aircraft purchased in 2022 through Ciac.
The aircraft would not have been the most suitable selection because for the same money invested in the model purchased you could have bought a more recent one, according to information obtained by EL TIEMPO.
In addition, changes would have been made to the structuring of the specifications of the ships that were needed.

EL TIEMPO investigated and established that the negotiation, by private parties, was in charge of a well-known Brazilian businessman in the sector: Luiz Ignacio Stein. Stein appears as a shareholder in Río Sur SAS, as does Inverluna, a company linked to well-known businessman Jesús Guerrero Hernández, owner of Servientrega.
