The first edition of the Picnic Gourmet Fair is coming to El Rosedal de Palermo, an experience that combines haute cuisine with the beauty of one of the most iconic parks in the City of Buenos Aires.

The idea of ​​the Picnic Gourmet Fair is to bring the most select and diverse flavors of local gastronomic ventures. Thus, each visitor will be able to choose their options among the more than 25 stations that will offer traditional flavors from Argentina, Japan, France, Italy, the United States, Germany and Belgium so that each visitor can choose and combine dishes. to put together your ideal picnic inside El Rosedalin anticipation of the arrival of spring.

Visitors will be able to choose between classic flavours such as cheese and cake, or more exotic ones such as a pretzel or falafel. There will also be options for those who prefer to enjoy a sweet picnic with top-quality pastries, and there will also be options for celiacs and vegetarians at several stands. Visitors will have tables and tablecloths available – to set up their picnics – among the flowers and groves of this true oasis of the city. Also, on Saturday and Sunday there will be masterclasses, live music and other entertainment that will be the perfect seasoning for two exquisite days.

“The idea was born with the aim of organizing an outdoor gastronomic event to enjoy with family, friends or on a romantic date. The good thing is that picnic food can be adapted to a variety of tastes and budgets. Some like it salty, others like it sweet… But there is no doubt that we all love picnics surrounded by nature!” says Cecilia Costa Racedo, executive producer of Feria Picnic Gourmet, who has extensive experience in gastronomic productions such as the Lucullus French Fair, among other major projects in industries such as film and theater.
