We have seen on several occasions how Nothing promises that your Phone (1) will not be the same as the rest, and will not follow currents. However, this is not going to manifest itself on all fronts, as the latest information we have from Nothing’s first terminal is thatalong with the iPhone and several Samsung terminals, will arrive without a charger in its box.
This means that at first we will not be able to enjoy the terminal in full, because as your battery runs out, we will not be able to charge it if we do not have a compatible charger. However, this information is assumed from the size of the box, which is just to contain the smartphone and little else.
It could be that inside we find a charging cable, so that with a universal charging adapter we can already work, but since we do not know what type of cable we will find in the box, if there is any cable, all we know is that the terminal will have a USB-C port.
In any case, it is a direction in which practically the entire industry is pointing, so despite Nothing’s statements, it was to be expected that this would happen as far as the charger is concerned.
