ASRock has announced the release now a new vBIOS for this card with which you will achieve higher performance.
The new vBIOS goes from 2,680 MHz to Boost’s 2,935 MHz
Specifically, with this new vBIOS, the Taiwanese company promises up to 13.5% more performance than AMD’s reference model of the Radeon RX 7900 XTX. To do this, this new vBIOS increases the GPU clock speed in Boost mode, going from the 2,680 MHz Boost that it reached in OC mode, to 2.935 MHz with this version. Game mode remains unchanged at 2,510 MHz.
The new Extreme vBIOS for ASRock Radeon RX 7900 XTX AQUA 24 GB OC is now available on the ASRock download website. Additionally, ASRock has also made the previous vBIOS available to users in case they want to go back to the conventional version.
