The new Roborock Qrevo Curv and Qrevo Edge vacuum cleaners rise up to 10mm to adapt to different spaces

September 5 (Portaltic/EP) –

Roborock has introduced its new line of vacuum cleaners, including the new Roborock Qrevo Curv and Qrevo Edge, which introduce an AdaptLift chassis that allows them to be raised up to 10 mm to adapt to different spaces and ensure optimal cleaning.

To commemorate the brand’s 10th anniversary, the technology company has unveiled its latest smart home cleaning innovations at IFA 2024 in Berlin (Germany), adding five new models with which it aims to improve the daily lives of users using smart solutions.

One of the new products presented was the Roborock Qrevo Curv and Qrevo Edge vacuum cleaners, which feature an AdaptLift chassis that, by controlling three independently adjustable wheels, allows their height to be dynamically adjusted up to 10 mm.

As the technology company explained, this significantly improves the cleaning capacity of the vacuum cleaners, allowing them to adapt to each type of floor according to the domestic environment. That is, for example, extending the cleaning coverage for areas with medium and long pile carpets, as well as overcoming thresholds of up to 4 cm in height.

In addition, these models feature a new dual anti-tangle system, which consists of a DuoDivide main brush and a FlexiArm Arc side brush. In the case of the DuoDivide brush, it uses two short bristle rollers with spiral blades designed to effectively direct hair towards the entrance without it getting tangled in the brushes or accumulating at the ends.

In terms of suction power, the new vacuum cleaners use the 18,500 Pa HyperForce system. Roborock also ensures meticulous cleaning thanks to the Multifunctional Spring 3.0 system, which is included in both models and which, with the 75-degree hot mop washing function, eliminates more than 99.99 percent of bacteria from rotating mops.

Although both models share features, the Roborock Qrevo Curv stands out for its all-in-one base, which complements the vacuum cleaner’s “elegant and rounded” design.

ROBOT VACUUM CLEANER WITH 3D NAVIGATION

Continuing with home cleaning, the technology company has also presented the new Roborock Qrevo Slim robot vacuum cleaner that has 3D ToF navigation technology, capable of navigating and recognizing obstacles.

This technology features dual sector light, forming a high-density laser array with over 21,060 sensor points and a sampling rate of 38,400 Hz. In addition, it also uses an intelligent RGB camera to ensure accurate object recognition.

As Roborock explained, the vacuum cleaner’s “exhaustive” knowledge of its surroundings allows it to move around in a precise and efficient manner. In fact, it is able to “effortlessly” recognize up to 73 types of obstacles and react to them.

The new Roborock Qrevo Slim also features a side brush and FlexiArm mop, ensuring quality cleaning, along with its 11,000 Pa suction power. In addition, the company has highlighted its slim design, measuring 8.2 cm high, making it easier to clean in narrow spaces such as under furniture or other hard-to-reach areas.

NEW HAND VACUUM CLEANER AND WASHER-DRYER

Roborock’s new products also include the Roborock H5 cordless handheld vacuum cleaner, which combines powerful suction with advanced filtration in a slim and lightweight design. Specifically, it has a power of 158 AW and weighs a total of 1.82 kg, ensuring thorough cleaning and easy handling.

The new handheld vacuum cleaner also stands out for its dust separation technology, which features a nine-cyclone system and a five-stage filtration system.

Finally, Roborock has also focused on the clothing cleaning sector with the new Roborock Zeo Lite washer-dryer. This is a model that incorporates the self-developed Zeo-cycle drying technology, which, through the washer’s superior water vapor absorption capacity, protects delicate fabrics without exposing them to extreme heat.

This is a drying technology that moderates the temperature and, through Artificial Intelligence (AI), effectively captures moisture, ensuring the care of the garments.

The company has therefore made the Roborock Qrevo Curv and Roborock H5 vacuum cleaners available to users from 1499.99 euros and 299.99 euros respectively. The Roborock Qrevoo Slim robot vacuum cleaner will be launched in October at a price of 1299.99 euros.
