The new AGON PRO AG246FK gaming monitor reaches 540 HZ

Gaming brand AGON, from monitor manufacturer AOC, has launched its new AGON PRO AG246FKa model aimed at players of competitive titles and that reaches a whopping 540Hz refresh rate. It does this on an Ultra-Fast panel TN along with 0.5ms GtG response times and a 24.1-inch screen diagonal.

This type of monitor seeks maximum response speed and FPS, so it is not surprising that its resolution is only 1920 x 1080, or what is the same: FullHD.

Despite this, it is capable of covering 99.6% of the sRGB range and 94.7% of the DCI-P3 range, and even supports HDR content and complies with the VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification. It offers compatibility with AMD FreeSync, HDMI inputs at a maximum of 240 Hz and DisplayPort with which to take advantage of 540 Hz.

If we prefer an IPS type panel, the company has also presented its AGON PRO AG256FSa model that, although it does not reach 540 HZ, remains with a high 390 Hz refresh rate.

In this case we have a Fast IPS Full HD panel with a diagonal of 24.5 inches and 99.% coverage of the sRGB range. It also supports VESA DisplayHDR 400.

He AOC AGON PRO AG246FK will be priced at around 715 euros, Meanwhile he AGOn PRO AG256FS will arrive for around 450 euros.
