The Motorola Edge 40 Pro has come up with a little brother with more modest specifications and a more competitive price that starts at 599 euros. Although until not many years ago, this price was common for the highest ranges, with this new Motorola Edge 40 we will have to settle for a MediaTek SoC dimension 8020 along with 8 GB of LPDDR4 memory and 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
These specifications are far from the most cutting-edge terminals on the market, but it must be taken into account that today it is common to see prices of more than 1,000 euros.
For the aforementioned 599 euros, the Motorola Moto Edge 40 uses a 6.55-inch FullHD OLED screen with 144 Hz refresh rate. Behind it, a 50 MP camera and a good aperture of F/1.4 is accompanied by a 13 MP wide angle. There is no zoom sensor and no other cameras, except for the front-facing 32 MP selfie sensor.
The battery stays at 4,400 mAH with 65W fast charging and 15″ wireless charging. Other striking features of the Edge 40 are its IP68 water resistance and its 7.49 mm thickness.
It is already available in the Motorola online store, owned by Lenovo.
