Manchester City crowned champion of the Uefa Champions League for the first time in its history. In it Atatürk Olympic Stadium, Istanbul (Türkiye), they beat Inter Milan 1-0 and were left with all the glory of European football… and also with a large financial bag of prizes.

Just for sporting reasons, the English team received 81,360,000 euros (more than 364,000 million pesos), which are divided like this:
– €15.6 million for playing the group stage of the tournament.
– €11.2 million for four wins in the group stage (2.8 million euros per game).
– €1.86 million for two draws in the group stage (930,000 euros per game).
– €9.6 million to go to the round of 16.
– €10.6 million to go to the quarterfinals.
-12.5 million euros to go to the semifinal.
– €15.5 million to go to the final.
– €4.5 million for winning the final.
But that is not all. To those more than 80 million euros for purely sporting issues, we must add the money that enters through concept of the Uefa coefficient (calculated according to results of the last decade) and for television rights.

However, he is not the only one who leaves with full pockets. The Inter of Milan takes 73’130,000 euros for their participation and for reaching the final.
