The mayor-elect of Puertollano (Ciudad Real), Miguel Ángel Ruiz (PP), has advanced that he will govern by asserting his simple majority of ten councilors -out of a total of 21- within the municipal corporation and that no agreement is foreseen of governance with Vox, who will occupy two seats in the plenary hall when the City Council is constituted, on June 17.
