June 28 () –
The Tax Agency’s eleventh list of defaulters includes a total of 6,084 debtors to the Treasury of more than 600,000 euros at the end of 2023, which represents 0.1% more than the volume included in the list published in June of last year.
According to the data provided this Friday by the Tax Agency, the global amount of debts included in the new list reaches 15,237 million euros, 0.2% more, although subtracting duplications – since there are amounts that correspond to main debtors and those responsible jointly–, the amount would be 12,620 million euros and therefore, 6.9% lower.
Starting at 12:00 this Friday, the Tax Agency will publish on its website the eleventh list of the largest debtors with the Tax Administration.
To be selected, the debts on the list must meet the conditions of being above 600,000 euros, not having been paid after the original payment deadline in the voluntary period, pending payment as of December 31, 2023, and not being deferred or suspended for any legally established reason.
However, the possibility of being excluded from publication is enabled if the debts and tax penalties that led to inclusion in the list are paid in full beforehand.
