Zelda Tears Of The Kingdom 2

Just in time to celebrate that the Nintendo Switch has become the third best-selling console in historyNintendo has presented in its first live event of the year the second trailer of the expected ‘The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom‘.

In the last stretch of 2022, the Japanese company had left us with honey on our lips with a first approach to the sequel to the classic ‘Breath of the Wild’. Now is when many of the doubts are cleared up and, finally, we can dive a little deeper into the game.

The sequel to ‘Breath of the Wild’ gets interesting

In the video published today by Nintendo Spain, and with voices in Spanish, we listen to Ganon issuing a threat against Hyrule. Subsequently, the lands of the beautiful and prosperous kingdom are engulfed in terror and destruction wreaked by the Prince of Darkness.

But this is not the only detail that the second trailer gives us. We had previously seen a curious flying vehicle. Link now also travels in some kind of car/tractor huge whose impulse seems to come from a mysterious energy.

Nintendo has also taken advantage of the direct to announce the collector’s edition from ‘The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom’. This is coming soon and will include the physical game, an art book, a SteelBook, a metal poster, and a set of four pins.

Both the standard game and its collector’s edition will be available starting May 12. The price of the first is 69.99 euros (You can pre-order now on nintendo.es) and the second for 129.99 euros. At the same time, a new Link amiibo will arrive with new accessories.

The official description of the game reads: “An epic journey awaits you as you will traverse the lands and vast skies of Hyrule in The Legend of Zelda.” It’s time to wait to know if this bet will live up to the acclaimed ‘Breath of the Wild’. For now, the game seems to succeed.
