At least seven people have died, including two girls, and another 46 have been injured as a result of a bombing carried out by the Israeli Army this Saturday on the Lebanese city of Tyre, in the south of the country.
The bombing took place this morning and hit at least two residential buildings, according to the Lebanese authorities, within the framework of the renewed Israeli bombing campaign that accompanies the invasion of its forces in the south of the country to combat the Hezbollah militias.
The Public Health Emergency Operations Center of the Ministry of Public Health, responsible for this balance, has warned that there are still mortal remains to be identified and that the work to rescue people from the rubble of the damaged buildings has not yet finished. so the number of victims could increase.
According to Lebanon’s Ministry of Health, more than 3,000 people have died since fighting between Israel and Hezbollah broke out within hours of the start of the Gaza war on October 7 last year.
