Pokemon Scarlet & Violet they are getting closer every day and Game Freak is excited for the community to know more about what awaits them in Paldea. This is why, after a leak, the company decided to confirm a new Pokémon. This is Gimmighoul, a creature that was leaked a few days ago.

It is likely that you have already seen Gimmighoul and we are not saying this because of the leak. What happens is that this creature began to appear in Pokémon GO following the players. Many were confused by its existence, so The Pokémon Company decided to reveal more details about it.

At the moment there are not many details about Gimmighoul. What we know is that it is a creature that we will see in Pokémon GO and in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet. Also, it was confirmed that he will have 2 forms. The first is the one we met in Pokémon GO and it is called Roaming Form; in it the creature walks around the world and scales the trainers. The second is the Chest Form, in which it has the appearance of a chest; apparently, in Paldea we will only be able to capture Gimmighoul in this form.

An important point is that it seems that Gimmighoul’s type will depend on the form he is in. In Chest Mode, the creature will be a Ghost-type monster, but it is unknown which one it will change to in Roaming Form. We’ll have to wait a while longer to find out.

Next, we leave you the new Pokémon video with details about Gimmighoul:
