The latest rumors seem to indicate that the iPhone 15 will enjoy an improvement that we have seen in the iPhone 14 Pro this year.and it would be none other than the 48-megapixel main camera that gives life to the Pro model of this generation.
This rumor can be read in gizmodo, where they also explain that the iPhone 15 Pro will have a periscope-type telephoto cameratechnology that we can find in Android terminals for many years and that has allowed us to increase the focal length of these lenses given the possibility of having a physically longer lens arranged horizontally.
Obviously, it is unknown for now what the effective range of this lens would be, but, for example, Samsung Ultra series terminals are capable of up to 100x magnification with a combination of a periscope lens and digital zoomso Apple may just take full advantage of optical zoom.
For now these rumors are still confusing and unclear, but it is to be expected that as the release date of these terminals approaches, we can see more information before it goes on the market.
