Although there are a few days until we can have the new iPhone 14 in Spain, some performance data is already becoming known. I know has leaked on Weibo the score obtained by the iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max in AnTuTu, this being about 970,000 points approximately. But the performance increase on the GPU has still been most amazing.
Specifically, the iPhone 14 Pro has obtained a score of 978,147 points and the iPhone 14 Pro Max 972,936 points. This represents an improvement of almost 20% in the CPU compared to the previous generation of iPhone with Apple’s A15 chip, although this also is applicable to the new iPhone 14 which also carry this CPU from the past generation. But as we have commented, regarding the GPU it has been achieved a much larger increase of 28% compared to the previous generation. In the GPU it has gone from about 318,000 points to more than 408,000 in both models.
But let’s remember that the AnTuTu score of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 already exceeds one million pointsa figure that exceeds the most recent Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. Also the new Mediatek Dimensity 2000 exceeds this amount in the mobile phone benchmark test.
