In addition, he assured that he did not know that Sabag Montiel was capable of carrying out an attack of such magnitude, which he described as “abnormal”, and that he would not have been in the place if he had known that his partner was going to carry out the attack. .

The images from the night of the assassination attempt contradicted Uliarte’s initial version by showing her at the scene with Sabag Montiel, despite the fact that she had stated that she had not seen him. She even continued to work as a cotton candy street vendor with her colleagues.

The five young people from Brenda’s task force also testified and denied any connection with the attack on the vice president.

This Wednesday local media reported that Uliarte will no longer be defended by the lawyer Gustavo Kollman and will be represented by Carlos Telleldín, who is accused of being the delivery man of the car bomb that was used in the attack against the Argentine Israelite Mutual Association (AMIA). and convicted of cover-up.

The coup against the AMIA in 1994 left 85 dead and is considered the worst terrorist attack in national history, still unsolved.

Judge Capuchetti ended the summary secrecy that fell on the file, which added a series of photographs that were extracted from the memory card of Sabag Montiel’s phone. For the researchers, these images show a certain level of planning.

According to the Télam agency, there are photographs of the Brazilian and Uliarte with the Bersa pistol that was used in the attack and ammunition that was seized in the requisition.
