The Intel Panther Lake will arrive in 2025 with the Intel 18A node

Intel has confirmed that laptop processors Arrow Lake-H are on the waypossibly appear for the upcoming CES 2025 celebrated at the beginning of 2025. But with this series practically finished (at least in design) the manufacturer has the eyes on its next generation Panther Lake. During the Barclays Annual Conference, Intel has confirmed that the Panther Lake will arrive under its Intel 18A node.

Since the new Intel directive they have told how Panther Lake will use node 18 A, and that several Intel clients already have been able to test this new processor as engineering sample E0. A processor that will make use of the Intel Foundry facilities, taking advantage of the advanced technology for which they have spent a large amount of money. Intel is using its own facilities as the first customer to build these Panther Lakes, with which it has made ES0 samples for 8 customers who have tested this CPU, and demonstrating that the process and facilities can handle new clients let them demand this advanced node.

These next Intel Panther Lake are expected to arrive by replace current and future Arrow Lakein configurations of up to 18 cores where they have been recovered low consumption cores. Specifically, it will use up to 6 high-performance cores based on Cougar Cove, 8 high-efficiency Skymont cores and 4 ultra-low power cores. For now no further details are knownat least officially.
