The Ibex 35 starts the week with a rise of 0.27% and defends the 8,200 integers

The Ibex 35 started this Monday’s session with a rise of 0.27%, which has led the selective to stand at 8,266 integers at 9:01 a.m., in a week that will continue to revolve around inflation, the decisions of the central banks and fears of an economic slowdown, as well as the war between Russia and Ukraine and the lockdowns in China.

Regarding macroeconomic data, this Monday the orders for durable goods are published in the United States, and on Thursday, the PMI in China, followed by the US PMI, which will be known the following day.

In this way, after closing on Friday with an advance of 1.7%, the Madrid selective began the session clinging to the psychological level of 8,200 integers after the increases registered on Wall Street of up to 3%.

Thus, in the early stages of this Monday’s session, the greatest advances were scored by Indra (+1.62%), ArcelorMittal (+1.07%), Colonial (+1.06%), BBVA (+0 .97%), Acerinox (+0.97%), Solaria (+0.95%) and PharmaMar (+0.95%), while on the opposite side were Merlín Propeties (-1.28%), Acciona (-0.85%), Bankinter (-0.27%) and Sabadell (-0.25%).

The rest of the European stock markets also opened higher with increases of 0.7% for Frankfurt, 0.5% for Paris and 0.2% for London.

On the other hand, the price of a barrel of Brent quality oil, a reference for the Old Continent, stood at a price of 108 dollars, with a decrease of 0.22%, while the price of Texas stood at 107 dollars, after price flat.

Finally, the price of the euro against the dollar stood at 1.0566 ‘greenbacks’, while the Spanish risk premium stood at 107 basis points, with the interest required on the ten-year bond at 2.591%.
