The Ibex 35 has risen 0.6% at the close of the session this Wednesday, which has led it to return to the 9,200 integers, after falling in the two previous days to the level of 9,100 points.

The Madrid selective has been “encouraged” after yesterday the tone of the president of the Federal Reserve (Fed) of the United States, Jerome Powell, was less “aggressive” than expected by some analysts given the good unemployment data that It was published last Friday.

In this context, the largest increases have been recorded by Sabadell (+2.93%), Grifols (+2.85%), Merlin (+2.19%), Bankinter (+2.09%), Repsol (+ 2.08%) and Telefónica (+1.77%).

On the other hand, Logista was located, with a fall of 2.45%, after presenting its results for its first fiscal quarter of 2023, when it obtained a net profit of 60 million euros, 15.3% higher than the of the same period of the previous year. Behind were Acerinox (-0.98%), Fluidra (-0.93%), ArcelorMittal (-0.82%), Unicaja Banco (-0.53%) and Red Eléctrica (-0.52% ).

The rest of the European indices have also closed with a positive sign, with an increase of 0.60% in Frankfurt, 0.26% in London and 0.15% in Milan. Only Paris ended the session with a fall of 0.18%.

Regarding raw materials, the Brent barrel advanced 0.44%, up to 84.06 dollars, while the West Texas Intermediate stood at 77.60 dollars, 0.60% more.

In the debt markets, the secondary yield of the Spanish bond with a maturity of 10 years stood at 3.295%, compared to 3.284% at the close of Tuesday, while the risk premium stood at 93.7 points.

In the currency market, the euro appreciated 0.07% against the dollar, when it was exchanged for 1.0734 dollars.
