The United States is “monitoring the situation” in Russia

The governor of the Rostov region, Vasily Golubev, has urged the residents of this area this Saturday to remain “calm” and “not leave home unless necessary.”

These statements came a few hours after Wagner’s leader, Yevgeni Prigozhin, announced that his group had crossed the Russian border and was “entering” Rostov.
“Now we are entering Rostov.
