MADRID Jan. 13 (EUROPA PRESS) –

“His Highness has reiterated the firm position (for) the justice of the Palestinian cause, the legitimate rights of the brotherly Palestinian people and the creation of an independent state on the 1967 borders with its capital in East Jerusalem,” he added.
QNA has also reported that Al Zani has discussed “strategic relations” with the US president, Joe Biden, and that he has met with the special envoy for the Middle East of the US president-elect, Donald Trump, Steve Witkoff, with whom he has treaty “the situation of the ceasefire negotiations in the Gaza Strip.”
Qatar has been a key actor in mediation between the Palestinian factions and Israel to stop the war that began on October 7, 2023 and has claimed the lives of 46,500 people in the Gaza Strip alone.
