The new boxes Corsair 3500X They come to complete the line of Corsair cases, covering the gap left by the Corsair 2500X and Corsair 6500X below. These two boxes have a higher price of $160 and $200, while the Corsair 3500 will be launched on the market with a price starting at $89.
These are boxes available in three versions. Corsair 3500X, 3500X RGB and 3500X ARGB. In all cases we have a design of a chamber with a small compartment for the source, and the finish that we are seeing in a multitude of proposals where two tempered glass panels are joined together continuously without the need for a column in the corner between the front and the side.
The three variants share dimensions of 50.6 x 46 x 24 cm and a steel structure. They have space for three 120mm fans at the top, another three on the side, three more at the bottom and another at the back. There is space for a pair of 360mm and two 120mm radiators.
We have 7 expansion slots and support for motherboards up to E-ATX measuring 30.5 x 27.7 cm. In terms of storage, two 2.5″ bays are complemented by another two 3.5″ bays. There is room for 17cm high CPU coolers, 41cm long graphics cards and 18cm long ATX power supplies.
In terms of connectivity, two USB-3.0 type A is complemented by USB-C 3.1 10 Gbps on the front, along with a combined minijack, a power button and a reset button.
The difference between the three variants is that the normal Corsair 3500X does not have pre-installed fans, while the RGB and ARGB have three fans with that type of lighting on the side and its corresponding controller.
