Although the publication acknowledges the benefits of its camera system, especially with great consistency between modes, There are detail issues in low-light situations, lag when taking photos, and instability in exposure and focus in photos when the scene is backlit.
Undoubtedly, the benefits of the camera are much greater than the problems it presents, but even so, the S23 Ultra has lagged behind other terminals that, objectively, do not present these problems, which is why they have a higher score. The first place still goes to the Huawei Mate 50 Pro, while the second place goes to the Google Pixel 7 Pro.
