Although the company already has it in its Catalogue for a few months, it is now that ASUS has announced the launch for the month of October of one of its most advanced routers, the ASUS RT-AXE7800. This model, equipped with WiFi 6E connectivity of up to 7,800 Mbps combined bandwidth, will hit the Spanish market in October.

It will do so at a price of 399 euros, an amount in exchange for which we will receive a model with the latest WiFi 6E connectivity, with support for the 2.4 GHz, 5 Ghz and 6 GHz bands, and 2.5 Ethernet connectivity. Supports Mesh technology, control by Alexa, ASUS AiProtection Pro, parental control for up to 64 profiles and all the configuration options that we can ask for from a router of this type with the latest in connectivity (at least until WiFi 7 arrives)

We have four ports for LAN, one of them shared with WAN and link aggregation. Additionally, an extra port is available for WAN and LAN with support for the aforementioned 2.5 Gbps. It is followed by a USB-A 3.0 port for connectivity of network devices such as pen drives, external hard drives or printers, for example.

Its design is quite striking thanks to that hexagonal shape on which six antennas are located. These antennas can be folded over the router, considerably reducing its size.

Inside it hides a 1.7 GHz quad-core processor with 512 MB of RAM and 256 MB of internal storage.
