Tekken 8 shares its first official trailer with the fight between Kazuya Mishima and Jin Kazama

During PlayStation’s State of Play, the Japanese company shared the first official trailer for Tekken-8, which was captured on a PS5. We can see an epic fight between two classic characters from the saga: Kazuya Mishima and Jin Kazama.

“This trailer was taken directly from a certain part of Tekken 8’s current story mode, which is in progress and played on PlayStation 5. In other words, all character models, backgrounds, and effects are the same as those used within the game. play”, detailed Katsuhiro Harada, executive producer of Bandai Namco Studio and director of the game.

Of course, this is not the final version of the video game, there is still room for development, since the official release date has not been confirmed. “Although this was captured from the story mode, it is not a pre-rendered movie made for the trailer, but rather real-time rendered footage, running at 60 frames per second, similar to how you would experience the game in versus battle modes.” added the manager.

Harada commented that the story we see in the trailer has a lot to do with what will come to the final version of the title. The relationship between Kazuya Mishima and Jin Kazama will be very important in the development of the campaign.
