It has been more than 7 years since nintendo switch was launched on the market and it has been enough time for it to offer new deliveries that stole the heart of the community. However, the console’s catalog also includes several remakes that gave some games a second chance. Because of this, Forever Entertainment considers that the console is ideal for this type of project.
As you surely know, the hybrid has a large number of remakes that have conquered fans in recent years. However, this situation has divided opinions among players who want to see fresh proposals.
However, the team Forever Entertainmentresponsible for deliveries as Frederic, Hollow and Violettamong others, believes that it found the perfect platform to make remakes, which have become an important part of the video game industry.
It was in an interview with Games Industry that Forever Entertainment’s communications and marketing manager, Monika Ginter, spoke about the company’s production of remakes that have come to Nintendo Switch.
According to Ginter, there is simply no better platform right now for remakes. These were his words:
“So far, our remakes have focused on games from Japan and Japanese gamers have shown great enthusiasm for our updated versions of the classics. In terms of platforms, we consider the Nintendo Switch to be the ideal platform for several classic remakes. We appreciate the accessibility of Nintendo Switch.”
Furthermore, the executive stated that one of the most important aspects for the hybrid console to be “ideal” for remakes is its user base:
“With a diverse user base, our games can reach a wide audience, including those who may not have encountered classics like Front Mission either Panzer Dragoon”.
It is worth mentioning that Nintendo Switch has several remakes that the community has really liked, such as Advance Wars 1 + 2: Re-Boot Camp, Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe, The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening and Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearlalthough more may be announced.
